Zoltek's Take: This article reiterates what we have stated many times before, which is that the temporary lull in wind farm financing is just that.....temporary.

The brand-new federal program is offering a cash rebate, which is different from the traditional tax credits. Currently, the Energy and Treasury departments expect to spend $3 billion on the program, but as noted in this article, many expect the number to get as high as $10 billion.

The wind energy market will oontinue to be a driver of growth for Zoltek, and this article serves as a reminder that the growth in the wind energy market is not going away.
